Du löschst dein SquashKlub-Konto jederzeit selbst: Profil → „Delete my account“. Die Löschung startet sofort und muss von niemandem freigegeben werden.
Du brauchst die App dafür nicht. Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich angemeldet hast, an hello@squashklub.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto und bestätigen es dir.
Dein Profil mit Postleitzahl, Koordinaten, Spielstärke und Verfügbarkeitszeiten.
Deine Direktnachrichten, gesendete wie empfangene.
Deine Push-Token, also die Geräte, an die Benachrichtigungen gingen.
Blockierungen, Meldungen und Conduct-Flags, die von dir stammen.
Dein Login: du kannst dich danach nicht mehr anmelden.
Gespielte Matches und ihre Ergebnisse bleiben erhalten, weil sie auch die Daten der anderen Spielerinnen und Spieler sind: sie zählen für deren Rangliste und Zuverlässigkeit. Dein Name, dein Profilbild und deine E-Mail-Adresse werden dabei entfernt; du erscheinst dort nur noch anonymisiert als „Deleted player“.
Wenn du deine Daten vor dem Löschen haben möchtest, schreib uns an hello@squashklub.com. Wir stellen sie dir in einem gängigen, maschinenlesbaren Format bereit.
You can delete your SquashKlub account yourself at any time: Profile → "Delete my account". Deletion starts immediately and needs nobody's approval.
You do not need the app for this. Email hello@squashklub.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete account". We delete the account and confirm it to you.
Your profile: postal code, coordinates, skill level and availability.
Your direct messages, both sent and received.
Your push tokens, meaning the devices notifications went to.
Blocks, reports and conduct flags that came from you.
Your sign-in: you will no longer be able to log in.
Matches you played and their results remain, because they are also the other players' data: they count towards their ranking and reliability. Your name, photo and email address are removed from them; you appear only as "Deleted player".
If you want a copy of your data before deleting, email hello@squashklub.com and we will provide it in a common, machine-readable format.
